Hello, I was wondering what "tropicalized" exactly means? Does that mean the metal parts are treated against corrosion or are the components used moisture resistant? What's the AC voltage and frequency used in your country? Happy New Year and a successful 2020 ! :)
"Tropicalized" means an object that can perform well in a hot, humid condition by performance and shape and size.... Here this radio is made in Holland, but the weather in India is far different from the Holland.... but this radio can perform well as it as in Holland...... In India we use 220volt/50Hz AC........

hi ankur sir can we replace 450 volt capacitor in the place of old humming can capactor in murphy mains radio of E seriesvalve?
sir can we replace 450 volts 100 mf capacitor in the place of a 450 v 50mf can capacitor which is leaking as the exact value capacitor not available.
