That's sooo cool that you show all tactic and NCU cards on a screen all the time. It makes your videos very helpful for those who do not play the particular fractions like me. And where have you gained such a nice battle map? I wish your miniatures had been painted. But anyway your reports, guys, are great! I am looking forward to new ones.
51:38 fueled by slaughet is not a order, so you can use this ability for a first, then play pyke aggresion, after that you can trigger fueled by slaughet again...
Aemon is absolutely bonkers, just played a couple of games where I used him to keep healing two units of Sworn Brothers with Cotter Pyke and Jon Snow attached. Kept abusing reckless heroism and just healing the units back up, it was brutal.
Thx for that second BR . Good playing spirit and impressive "zen attitude" when failing rolls after rolls. I few things missed but when you are a crappy player like the one i am, it is always easy to spot them when you are sitting behind yoiur desk :)
Great game! One thing that hasn't been pointed out yet. You aligned incorrectly when the cav charged coldhands. You align 100% or 50% based on the defender not the attacker. So 50 % would have you covering half of coldhand's base. 100% would align centre of cave to centre of coldhand's flank
How you resolved Pyke Aggression and Fuelled by Slaughter is correct, the damage and the wound restore are simultaneous so the nights watch player gets to choose the order. Also just to let you know weirwoods don't stack, you only ever get +1 for being near them even if you are near 2 of them (same for corpse piles and -1, although they can cancel out with a weirwood) great report overall, great flow to it and fun to watch.
1:07:09 when you replace zone effect with card with another effect and this card was cancelled by conterplot you can't use the original effect (maneuver in this case)
You can use the original effect, the only thing counterplot stops is the replacement, that is the effect of the card, so the zone doesn't get replaced and you get whatever it originally was, they played this correctly.
In the first charge, the two wyrwood trees have the same ability name so it doesn't stack, the nights watch player failed his roll with a four and should have taken 3 more wounds....
There is a question about using Barratheon Conviction before Final Strike, since you recovered two wounds before the end of the attack, you only suffered 2 wounds at the end of the attack resolution, not 4.
I don't know if I would necessarily say OP, but the NW have been and continue to be one of the strongest factions in the game. Personally I see the Lannisters, NW, and Free folk as being extremely well-rounded compared to the other factions. Each of those factions seem to have a few combos that don't really have a true negative side to them. With that said, I wouldn't call any of it broken. They are just hard to play against! I definitely see where you're comment comes from. I would have to agree in the context I just described. NW are super strong. -Jon
Lannisters compared to NW and FF are absolute garbage tier. Also it didn't helped to know how it ends bringing pretty much one of the strongest builds in strongest faction against a meme build from Bara...
I think it is very sterile putting Factions into Tiers, it is much more interesting to divide them by Commanders. For example: Lannisters may not perform well against certain Night's watch Commanders but they can shine against other builds within the same faction. Finally, concerning our match up, which Commanders do you think will be more interesting to pair in our next battle report? - Salvo.
King's army started too scattered; Long hair dude needs to learn how to play, Lancers spectating the whole game, and you think you lost bc of BAD LUCK? lmao

if you have corpse pile and 2 weirwood trees, you can't stack effect of inspiring. Morale is without modificators
Yes, we have been playing it wrong all this time! On the bright side, since we both played it this way, it equally affected us . -Salvo

You can add just one +\- for the Tree and Piles, it can’t combine. Terrain with a keyword influences once
33:30 you cant use card and order on the same trigger
17:10 coldhands can't use his order when enemy unit is charging because his trigger is on attack action (charge consists of attack not attack action)
They have printed an Errata for this, you can use Raven Flock against a charging unit now
@@spleen4121 yeah, you're right
1:03:05 when pikemen charging they deals +1 hit for each rank they have, not +1 dice. And you forgot to heal yourself before attack
When charging with Riders of Highgarden you got +2 dice per yours unit remaining ranks, not the opponent. Still great report!
Yep! You are correct, thanks for supporting us. - Salvo
@@tri-starwargaming It's my pleasure! Like your style and humor. Looking forward for more ASOIAF bat reps.
What do you think would be effective against the actual NW meta as Baratheon Player?
38:40 riders cant surges forth because coldhans died from effect not from attack
1:07:09 when you replace zone effect with card with another effect and this card was cancelled by conterplot you can't use the original effect (maneuver in this case)

Next when the riders of high garden charged, lance gives +2 dice for each rank in the riders, not the target, it should have been 10 dice.
There is a question about using Barratheon Conviction before Final Strike, since you recovered two wounds before the end of the attack, you only suffered 2 wounds at the end of the attack resolution, not 4.
Your sword in the darkness still added +1 attack die to the lowest attack value from pyke aggression, should have rolled an extra die.
You absolutely could use fueled by slaughter, and he had two destroyed ranks (cavalry) so you did that healing correctly.
You then fired Othel into combat and forgot to take a panic test with your sworn brothers for shooting into combat.
NW have some really OP stuff going on.

Sono belli questi giochi, potresti farli in italiano
Lol at Bara player straight up ignoring Coldhands 2 times, your pikemen and I think wardens should be hitting on 5s.
I agree, Wardens are one of the strongest units at 5 pts. - Salvo
