Everything else looks great
75x50 south facing,4 shops, 4bhk,wide entrance, north is 15 degree tilted towards west , 2 stairs 1 for residential ,1 for commercial purpose, front is 75 feet plz make a plan . Thank you
If plot size is 30*50 how to open the window having side and back as per this plan
The front drawing room is completely unnecessary in this plan
you could merge with the dinning hall and make stairs a little bit more wider

Aapka jitna bhi bada area hai usse boundary ko nikal do. 400-500 sq feet chale jayega. Yaha 1500+ 500= 2000 sq feet ka plot hai
