Monica, if you are listening from a computer, there are audio setting in the start tab. Same with the Mac tab. Find the equalizer. If you are on Micro- turn down everything except the 500-1000hz. If you are on a Mac, there are presets, and speech will amplify his voice, and all other voices, however, if you find the equalizer, same as microsoft. Turn everything down, except the 500-1000hz ranges. Thats speech audio.
