There was more at the end of that!
A telomere is a region of repetitive DNA sequences at the end of a chromosome. Telomeres protect the ends of chromosomes from becoming frayed or tangled. Each time a cell divides, the telomeres become slightly shorter. Eventually, they become so short that the cell can no longer divide successfully, and the cell dies.
This song is quirky and Jazzy. Vessel seems to be singing in "slow motion" 😂. Just how he drags the words out, so creative. He obviously knows a lot about sciences. He has so many references to chemistry (Alkaline), Sulfur and how granite reacts to it (Granite), Aqua Regia is a substance that can dissolve gold...there are other references to sciences throughout but I think it's so cool and creative. That blend of his voice and the instrumentation around that 3:00 mark, man, so beautiful. The next song is so good, can't wait.
Worship ❤
Ahh I thought about the Alkaline, I should of gone back to see if it was a theme that tied through the album like that.
I love your read on the whole Telomeres angle. It seems bang on.
I never noticed what absolutely looks like a ring and in the pre ST band there is a lyric that says “All I have is your abuse when all I need is your protection
There's a weight around my finger and it's dragging me beneath”
Makes sense now that I’ve seen this
Yes this is my absolute favorite ST song, there are many I love though 😊
This one always sounded like Pearl Jam to me
really? I don't hear a similarity to the the songs I know
