    Woowwww....it lokks delicious. I have been trying to make the Einspanner,with a cream look like " yoghurt". I am still learning ,because I have not been able to achieve that yoghurt look. Thanks a lot. I am very passionate of the Einspanner.

      Perla would be the Cold Brew option, but we add flavored syrup in the cream. We’ll talk about adding other flavors in the cream in the future!

      Yes you can as long as the frother has the necessary rpm. Some frothers don’t spin enough and will only create very fluffy, separated texture

      아 저건 그냥 Fellow Vacuum Canister 인데요, 마땅히 할 통이 없어서 저기다 했는데 좋네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 크림 남으면 뚜껑껴서 베큠해서 냉장해놓고 다음날에 또 쓸수 있고요!

      Yes. Perla would be the cold brew based one! But for the Perla, I add Hazelnut syrup in the cream to add more nuttiness to the drink!

    What is the purpose of salt in the cream?

      Salt will bring out the sweetness and the flavors more without having to increase the sugar content and add other ingredients.

    혹시 사용하신 크림 몇 % 생크림 인지 알 수 있을까요? 저는 캐나다에서 지내는데 33% 생크림 뿐인듯 해요, 한국에서는 35%를 사용하던데,, 이정도 차이도 괜찮은건지 궁금하네요..! 영상 감사합니다!

      저는 보통 38%~40% 를 사용합니다! 보통 미국에선 35% 아래는 그냥 whipping cream 으로 표기되고요 36%~40% 는 heavy 라는 단어가 붙어요. 캐나다에서도 그러는지는 모르겠지만 찾는데 도움이 되길 바랍니다!

      네 맛은 확연하게 달라요. 동물성은 더 우유스러운 맛과 깊은 맛이 나는데 취향 차이일것 같습니다만 식물성만으로는 동물성 생크림으로 만들었을때의 느낌은 나지 않을 가능성이 높아요

    Viennese here.
    An iced coffee with cream is a very yummy coffee - but - it is no Einspänner which is an "Old traditional Viennese coffee"....never ever and not in your wildest dreams you would get an iced coffee with cream on top when you order an "Original Einspänner" in Vienna.
    For the Einspänner the purpose of the whipped cream is only and solely to seal up the fresh brewed hot black coffee from the ambient air in order to keep the beneath located black coffee hot which is then drunken through the cream cap in order to keep the air sealing cream cap intact.
    ("Einspänner" means "One horse carriage" it was the coffee which was drunken by the Viennese horse carriage drivers of the Imperial past while sitting in the cold on their coach boxes in order to warm them up while waiting for customers) ..

      Yes, a lot of baristas and cafe owners know what a traditional einspanner is, but decide to call many of its modern variations with the same name or at least include it.
      For example, we can make an Old Fashioned cocktail in 30 different ways. Some may say some of them are not an Old Fashioned, some may argue against it.
      I appreciate your interest and time spent to share your knowledge with the rest of us! ☺️

      @@CeloKim Well I understand your argument but I don´t agree in that matter..because that matter isn´t liable on an opinion but liable on being honest about it.
      My point is "a traditional name" of whatever has to fulfill a "traditional expectation" which is bonded to its "traditional name"...but a "variation" doesn´t do that so the variation has to be named differently or at least presented with the notation "variation in the style of...." Einspänner or whatever" or something along those lines in order to make clear it isn´t "the real thing" but just "a variation" because everything else is just misleading people on purpose especially those who have no clue what "the real thing" actually is...
      But my comment isn´t against you but in contrary I really did appreciate your instant reply.
