Can you show other examples that's a part of assets needed like trees, rocks and elements from nature. In a team situation there are assets needed and the way an artist go about his or her roll, what's expected of this position, Thanks!!
Yes please show us from how the Modeler finished poly mesh should look and the things to look out for when getting files from a pipeline in a work environment. Not all meshes work, yes or no or does it depend?? Thanks Should all mesh be all Quads or are some Tris ok please???
Hi Lync1111 thanks for your comments! You can check some of my props and character geometry at my Art Station “Ancelmo Toledo” there you can analyze the topology and hand painted texture 😊
Hey Niko! Yeah! A hand painted tutorial to used as a general guide! About the mentoring, I have to translate all the video content in English so I can open this course in English, right now its just in Spanish language xD
@@Niko_3D Aaa for this one, it just mater about your times, we can schedule a date and time to have this mentorship :) you can contact me at my email: brushnpoly@hotmail.com
@@BrushnPoly-vu5vy I will send a message soon. I also have you on artstation, you gave me some tips a while back when I was just starting out as 3D artist and it helped me out tremendously! But now I want to hone my skills further 💪✌️
No, High-Low maps are necesary if you'll use PBR, but it is not necesary for a flat shade mode like the models in League of Legends and World of Warcraft
@@BrushnPoly-vu5vy by chance do you have a full pipeline break down or at least instructional video on your process ? (english) Currently ive tried in S.P for low poly painting like that but I dont get the resolution you do.
@@Iteration.B yes, I have another video tutorial similar to this one in collaboration with Stylized Station here at TH-cam, you can search it by my name Ancelmo Toledo. And yeah, S.P is not that good with the brush for this kind of work.
How come when using such hard brushes like the square one your hand painting looks so soft and nice? Mine looks terrible in comparison and creates lots of noise, to be honest not sure why.
Hey Arnov, hard brushes are useful to define well all the texture work, yes it is a bit hard and takes some time to get used to this brush, but at the end this brush can be useful for any result that you are trying to achieve
I understand, but it just doesn't work the same way like on video. Makes me think theres something wrong with my software or tablet, but never in 3Dcoat tutorials people go over settings, brushes and such 😢@@BrushnPoly-vu5vy
what a great video, you just gain a new follower, shout out from Brazil man
Thank you! Glad you find something interesting here, cheers all the way to Brazil!
Amazing Job as always!
Thanks volka! Glad you like it

Looking forward to the translated pre recorded prop tutorials. Great video!
Yes, I’m start working on this task of translate the content to offer this course in English, thanks!
Thank you for this!

Hi there! Thats another cool art style! I'm interested on create another tutorial in this Wayfinder art style in a near future :)
What software do you use? Is it substance painter?
Hi there, its 3DCoat, this one is more good for hand painted textures :)
So you dont have to bake a High-Low for this method ?
Im trying to learn this pipeline.

@@BrushnPoly-vu5vy so is 3D coat or Mari the preferred method ?. Thanks ill check out that other video than !
@@Iteration.B Personally, I prefer 3DCoat, it has some nice brush attributes and an instant relation with 2D editors like Photoshop
Are you also responsible for coloring the characters if so csn you show as well???
Some of them, yes. As I mentioned on the other comment, you can check my Art Station to take a look to the topology and hand painted textures 🙂

i don't have pen tab can i do hand paint texture with mouse ?
That would be almost imposible, I would not even try this, its worst than paint the Monalissa with a brick
