This was a shame how it went down. The cops say that people don't RP with them yet when people try to they mess it up. Their first mistake was before this even started. Chang got thrown out of the car into a bush. He was perfectly hidden that the ground police could not see him. There was a shootout where Taco and Big D went down and Randy (A high up member of CG) started to get away in a car. At this point the heli arrived and 99% of the time the heli would chase the escaping car but this time it ignored the car with the high level CG member in it to go find an unidentified person (who could have been anyone in the city) that was the first thing that didn't make sense. Then with this if you listen Chang never says he is choking. He said he was shaking. He told the EMS not to pull the taser prongs out because one was in his heart (which is why he started saying "my heart" when she pulled them out. Then he said he passed out and then said he started shaking. The way I have seen police always handle this normally is to have the person go to hospital. Cuff them to bed. Get the treated and then remove mask. You have a guy shaking and passed out, possibly dying, an EMS saying he needs hospital for about 15 minutes but never taking him and the first thing you decide to do is take the mask off first, especially when he said his face was burnt. Rhodes just cut all corners to get to the reveal way before the RP was ready for that. It wouldn't have hurt them to let the RP play out. They say they want RP and probably the biggest character on the server is trying to RP and they do an RP fail lol. Personally I don't care if Chang goes to jail for a week I was just really interested where the RP was going. Shame we never got to find out.

I disagree with the cops not rping the medical situation but kebun does the same type of things by not giving responses to medical when they check his pulse since that has to be text rped to be determined. Kebun says that he doesn't care to go to jail he just wants the rp but he's always trying to prolong situations so there's more times he can either flea custody(getting recuffed or scuff) or get broken out. I agree that it provides content and action to the stream, but my only issue is that he plays off all the situations hes in as a failure to rp by the cops when he exaggerates and prolongs situations for content.

But by prolonging the situation it prolongs the RP. That is why the cops let a car chase go for a while before they start ramming and pitting or using spikes. When a group does the vault the cops could just shoot them as soon as the hostage is free but they let them get in the car and leave. That prolongs the police chase and so prolongs the RP. It's not important whether the cops get them or not it's more important to extend the RP so the viewers get more entertainment from the situation. Remember Kebun is the biggest streamer in the city (not counting Summit) and so this is the cops chance to RP with him and get seen by Kebun's audience. So it extends the RP and gives some of the lower streamers a chance to get spotted more. Look at when Chang killed Choi. After the RP was over CG audience went to show love to Choi and she got over 300 subs in 4 minutes. $5 a sub. So Choi made over $1.500 in 4 minutes by RPing well with Kebun and the rest. So prolonging it can be good for the other streamers involved and extends the RP for the viewers. As for not giving response to medical I kind of agree. But he did give EMS all they needed to know. He did say his heart a few times and he did type he was shaking and the EMS just stood there saying over and over "We should take him to hospital" and then never taking him. In the end it was just a messed up situation and a shame the RP didn't go off more smoothly

But if you tak the games aspect away, apart from the varying amount for petty crimes, usually the more severe the crime the higher the fine. That wasn't why they did it though. That's how they should have RP'd it. They did it because he was incapacitated and it would be an easy time to force reveal his identity.
It was the cops that took off the mask not the EMS. The cops aren't medical officials. Also Chang had said his face was burnt and so the mask would not come off. No medical official would ever just pull a mask off incase it removed skin off the persons face. The procedure would be to take him to hospital where they could carefully cut the mask off revealing the skin slowly and treating anywhere the mask was stuck to the burnt skin. Yes Chang was lying but the cops didn't know that. So to just pull it off was medically dangerous.

He should just do the day and put the resources towards a Vault while on parole. Jail break for a 1 day sentence seems unnecessary IMHO
