Very excited to bring Janhvi Kapoor, definitely one of my favourite conversations of the year. This episode is something I always wish to explore on the podcast. Janhvi Kapoor is a Bollywood diva, a memorable actress, and one of the kindest souls I have had the pleasure of knowing. Born to the late great Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, she made her acting debut in 2018 with the romantic drama 'Dhadak', which was a commercial success. Since then, she has been seen doing all kinds of different roles, from "Ghost Stories", "Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl", to "Good Luck Jerry". She is someone who never fails to surprise us with her choices. So much more in store for this gem.

So it's better to believe that there are many things like these which humans have not known yet. Even the most creepy part is "Your brain is active but your body is not". I was terrified when it happened to me. I wanted to move but none of body part was moving.I tried multiple time trying to cuddle to father or mother but body resisted to move a single inch. But good thing it faded away within minutes.
Sleep paralysis it happened to me too! just like you said but scary part tho I saw black shadow standing in front of me.i was so scared not funny but I peed in my pants😅

I had this sleep paralysis a lot and i can tell concretely from my experience that there is no external entity which is causing that. It is solely ur mind creating a figure because it is afraid and confused so it is creating an explanation. thats all. So no need to be afraid, u can even play with it if it happened to u a lot.

The same experience my mum felt that someone is choking her and she's not able to say a word. Another time when she was sitting on stairs which connects the terrace she felt like someone's pushing her with great force towards downwards and when she said this I was freaked out.
