Indians were commenting on how India has a Maldives in it's own backyard. One Indian guy said that Lakshadweep is cheaper than Maldives. Then some Maldivian ministers passed racist comments on India and Indians. Then Indians decided to boycott Maldives. Then I realized that PM Modi is a bigger social media influencer than glamorous dolls with loads of makeup on Instagram. Minicoy Islands in Lakshadweep speaks Dhivehi as official language.
