What did you mean by change the shifting angle to optimize the Cl/Cd vs alpha graph? I have the dot in the right place for the other two graphs but in the final one its far from the peak.
If you change the tilt angle on the elevator, the dot will follow the line to the left or right on cl/cd It doesn't have to be close to the peak, it is just good to try

My dot is at 44 but the peak is around 120 (my analysis is for a heavy aircraft though about 130 tonnes)
