Fun fact for anyone who may own a FoC Soundwave and/or Blaster: you can actually get the figure's left hand to reach the button on its left shoulder without any modifications. I think it's a great little easter egg for those of you who watched the G1 cartoon. Oh, and I can indeed confirm that the mold can indeed store up to 3 disks.
you know, from a customizer's point of view, this would make a cool Ironhide or Ratchet FOC, esp the chest area. a little minor mod to the shell and wheels, change the head and repaint.
I've seen a total of 2 blasters, 5 grimlocks, 3 soundwaves and 1 soundblaster in my area. I already have the wfc s.w. (not big on his minions), but I am waiting on Blasters (had them as a kid) so it's that sort of thing. The nearest I think anyone could approximate this is how he looks in his IDW spotlight issue, but that a stretch cause he was a "boom"box tank (I think).
The mold works better for Blaster. I have it on my classics shelf...... Oh we where to get 12 inches in Chantilly VA we got 2 so much for the blizzard of 2013.
They've had sevral in my store for like a week or two now, but i refuse to get them. I want soundwave, and besides that i bought rumble and ravage (a black redeco of that lion thing you have there), so it makes sense to get soundwave, who comes with lazerbeak. I dont care for blaster, soundwave looks so much better to me.
If by "everyone" you mean "a portion of the niche collectors". The movies make Hasbro hundreds of millions of dollars, which we're lucky enough they put into tending to their longterm fans.
Since late 2012 to 2013 we've gotten an amazing line of transformers. Like seriously people how often is it you see Hasbro do stuff like this? If anything else 2013 is the best year to collect transformers. They're even coming out with a 2 foot tall Metroplex. Hasbro truly has outdone themselves. And then once Michael Bays shitty movie is released things will go downhill again.....and all these great figures will be replaced with his crap that everyones tired of looking at....
I chose an grim lock over an roadbuster biggest mistake i made for generations plus I skipped out getting wave 4 of the trilling 30 line when all of teh figs were there
You should go look at the yearly figures in their press releases dude, the first movie tripled their revenue and each movie year is double the years around it pardoning that first big jump. The other lines don't make nearly as much money, sorry. And they make new stuff all the time, Prime, FoC and Rescue Bots much? And the worst thing about the dotm line wasn't what it shipped, its that it got cut off and they never shipped any of the rumored figures they were promising. Where's my damn Mirage?
The crusades are multiple wars. I'd hardly call a war for the holy land the same as Christians invading Christian cities nowhere near the Holy land as the same war. Conflict over the holy land can not be defined as a war either, as wars by and large are between nations, not vaguely related tribal conflicts. I'm not sure what actually is the longest war. The hundred year war, perhaps?
I liked the 07 and ROTF lines quite a bit. But after that it got old the DOTM line sucked too along with the fact the figures were undersized. Cool Shockwave but still a disappointing line. Compared to lines like Generations and many others the movie figures are mediocre now and just need to stop at this point. 3 times was enough Its time for something new now. Hasbro was making a shit tone of money before the movies. People buy hundreds of their products everyday.

while you are correct, when people reference the crusades, they speak of them as a large collective, so i was merely doing the same.
i keep seeing both Blaster and Soundwave toys but for some reason i cant find Grimlock anywhere :(
we should've got a voyager foc optimus

Fricking NOTHING has reached my area except the 1st wave OP figure:P
The Hundred Years War says "Hi".
Your area must not be as bad as mine because I haven't seen even 1 Grimlock yet
The Korean war is the longest war humans have EVER been in.
you think that's bad? the newest figures i've seen were PRiD Knockout and ratchet, and that was like four months ago.

I chose an grim lock over an roadbuster biggest mistake i made for generations plus I skipped out getting wave 4 of the trilling 30 line when all of teh figs were there

Don't know what this comment is doing here, but its not. the Crusades lasted atleast 200-250 years.
