Mercury records wanted to show people what Stereophonics sounded like so they would be willing to spend a few more dollars on a stereo record as opposed to a mono so they asked The Moody Blues to write something that they could have a company with the symphony so that all walks of life would like it and my dad was the one who wore it was $27 because he bought it the minute it came out and he bought a Master Copy for another $50. Today you can just download it off the computer you don't have to go any place and the recording artist not making any money nor their labels sadly enough. That's what covid really killed people like Beyonce and Taylor Swift. These singing shows are a joke. 1) After the 2nd Uptown Funk performance, she should've been locked in to win. 2) The people they kick off generally make it bigger than the actual winners.
Because Ben Haenow had a sob story. Her not winning Xfactor is what officially confirmed the whole thing was a farce not a show about talent. There’s also a lot of contestants who have come forward in the wake of the BLM movement and spoken about their experiences on the Xfactor and just after how they were treated as and told to play into “stereotypes” and not treated right. It’s true Xfactor wants/wanted “popstars” which whether consciously or not is code for “white.” And as result they pretty much manufactured the same type of winners and then get surprised they never get anywhere. And as a result the the POC didn’t get the respect and care they needed to flourish. Even though they are often the most talented. And it’s not limited to black contestants 4th Impact- the girl group from the Phillippines had the best voices and talent on that season. They also had the most viewed audition on TH-cam but Louisa Johnson was pushed and viewed as the “ideal” and she won. And surprise she only had one hit and that was a guest vocal on someone else’s record.

Today is when I first got acquainted with this artist, after watching America's Got Talent then wanting to identify the tune the Brass MOS played on it (Sax). It sounded familiar, but I couldn't figure out where I had heard it before. Anyway, wow! What a phenomenon she really is! Looks like Simon has known and enjoyed her singing and dancing for a while.

I think she should have won instead of Ben Haenow. Arena audition not good. She didn't break out until Judge's House. 2nd performance not good. She got better and better. Plus she's SMOKIN' HOT!!
