He could have his associates create fake identities and hope to get into the same prison as him, or request it, the prison would change because of human rights activists, then prisoners are allowed to come in contact with each other . He fakes his own death in the shower and has his guards disguise as the death crew and take him out of there. They have a full blown funeral and he is believed dead by the world.

(plus many other crimes he has commited) NOW, as far as being responsible for killing others for using drugs, YOU are wrong! These people's decided to USE drugs, NO one forced them. NOW, BIG PHARMA....IS responsible for the killing of over 80,000 American citizens who die every year from overdose of LEGAL OPIOID DRUGS. I’m 15, and was wrongly arrested for a crime I didn’t commit. I was send to YDC (youth detention center) for a week. since the corona stuff, the first 10 days were 100% quarantine. I was in the same room all day all night for 23 hours and 45 minutes a day. my food tray was brought to my room, and a toilet was already in there, so the only time I got to leave or even see anyone else was the 5-10 minutes I got to take a shower a day. El chapo leaves his cell more than I did, that’s absolutely insane to me. I was going crazy in there. Of course I missed my family all night and couldn’t sleep so I’d be up all night in the dark, unable to see, also I’d be so so dehydrated going days without water, the guards or whatever they were would straight up refuse to give me anything to drink. You can communicate with prisoners at ADX Florence or any other ADX. They are tough places and the cells are sound resistant not sound proof. You can knock on walls or talk into the pipes which allows you to communicate in a block. Meaning the people celled beside of you and directly under or above you. From there the message is forwarded to whoever it was intended. To go outside for a hour you just have to get someone who will go outside with you since they don't take 1 out at a time they do 2 - 6. Yes you can get contraband just like anywhere else.

That would be unbearable. I've been in jail, a few times, in a few different counties, and the one in the town I use to live in, was sort of like that, I got a TV that was in a box w plexiglass, my toilet and sink was the same, all metal and cold AF, all year round, had a little shower, that sprinkled out scolding hot water for two minutes, a desk that was built in the wall and a thin mattress, probably one and a half inches thick and a small pox blanket, it was mind numbing and I only spent about 4 days. One county tho, I had to do weekends, it was just a huge cage with two beds and one desk, that was the only cell in town and at meal time they'd order from the local diner, and I was allowed to smoke, but couldn't keep the smokes or lighter w me, I had to ask. I would get so upset when I'd come for the weekend and they'd send me to another county because they had a prisoner.
