The apparent reason of superseding the senior judges in LHC is Forms-45/47. Mariam Nawaz, Shahbaz Sharif, Hamza Sharif, & other league leaders cannot submit original Form-45. All of them have lost their elections. They will now pressure new CJ LHC to change the judges of election tribunals judges. This is a test case for honourable CJ LHC designate to prove it wrong that she will not accept any inside/outside pressure and make decisions in accordance with Law & constitution.
