Dr. Hassanuddin is a western educated Muslim prominent scholar, theologian, and great speaker, who believed in the essence of meritocracy, and valued its emphasis on higher education and sophistication of thoughts. His numerous works, which "covered a range of disciplines such as Qur’anic exegesis, hadith, and history", in the Urdu language. He considered that Islam was essential for politics and that it was necessary to institute sharia and preserve Islamic culture from what he viewed as the evils of secularism and socialism. His works were so acclaimed by his contemporaries.
