The other reason not skipping is usually good is you get to see more shops. Every shop u skip is one less chance to find a good joker or planet/tarot/spectral card

39:40 Juggle tag is for one next round only, just like it is written on the tag. Also, Drunkard joker was entirely useless with Burglar, since Burglar gives you +3 hands flat, no matter how many discards it deletes.

yeah only skipping for money early is usually the way to go. Enhanced joker skips are the only other ones I personally take early.
