Okay casual lmfao Jon has been in the USADA pool for 7 years and failed three times... Most fighters get randomly tested on average 5 times per year. The only tests that the fighters have knowledge of before USADA comes knocking are the pre-fight and post-fight mandatory tests. Jon Jones and Tj Dillashaw have been tested the most over the last 4 years.

Realistically I feel like the commentators they have brought in in the last few years like DC, Felder, Cruz and Bisping give a much more professional and informative type of dialogue. I disagree the Sylvia/Arlovski trilogy was trash. The first two fights were crazy finishes in particular the second fight where Arlovski dropped Sylvia and it looked like was done then Sylvia stood up and dropped a bomb that laid out Arlovski. As much as everyone like Goldie, I think it’s mostly because of nostalgia. Realistically I feel like the commentators they have brought in in the last few years like DC, Felder, Cruz and Bisping give a much more professional and informative type of dialogue. He was great but somewhat goofy and Had to rely on Rogan to really explain what was going on more

Benny Blandino I agree, Anik and him have the same role for their commentary, I just feel the UFCs new owners preferred to go with a more knowledgeable and professional feel and anik has that more

I wouldn’t say that’s completely down to the UFC, Conor was definitely a massive reason for the “flamboyant personalities” as he got massive from his talking but also many fighters have kickboxing and boxing backgrounds so there will be KOs because that’s a massive part of the sport.

I really wish you would have mentioned that Wanderlei was completely within his right to refuse that test. He was the second person ever tested in the random tests, after Chael. He doesn't speak English all that well(certainly not at the time of the incident at least) and the usada guys apparently had no obligation to carry any identification when the random testing came out

I disagree the Sylvia/Arlovski trilogy was trash. The first two fights were crazy finishes in particular the second fight where Arlovski dropped Sylvia and it looked like was done then Sylvia stood up and dropped a bomb that laid out Arlovski. Kind of like the Pat Berry/Cheick Kongo moment of title fights.
That third fight was absolute garbage.
I have to say after Watching the old UFC’s Goldberg has been replaced by people that do that job better like Jon Anik. Love they guy though.

David Vaughn ask most of the fighters. His company makes money hand over fist but the fighters can’t even have sponsors going into the octagon. They buy other organizations in the name of expanding the sport but it’s really to take out the competition. Hence they control how much the fighters get paid which are peanuts.

UFC is operating like other publishers whom over aggressively attach channels for their creative use of their content. Just like sampling it’s that creative use that keeps them relevant for a hungry society looking for new and exciting things to consume. Chanel’s like this make you go back an look for those full old UFC matches and super fans buy UFC fights. Attend a fight and you are no longer a fan you are a part of the culture.
I don't get Tim Sylvia being on this list. The UFC just did a "where are they now" series and Tim Sylvia was one of the fighters featured in it.
