One of my earliest videos is a slide show of my photos from the mid 70s. That's the Cross as I best remember it although my first visit was in 1960.
Kings Cross station looks lot better that the 3rd bore tunnel is now reused once again.
I'm posting material from my archive on my Facebook page. A couple of recent posts are Kings Cross in 2017. The track layout was very different then.
