Welcome to KK, Sabah.That bah kut teh restaurant you guys went to is very local. I ate there a few times but never see any tourist eat there. Glad you guys like the food there, they do serve yummy food.
Yess we really loved the place. And we also love traveling 'local' ;-)
KK is one city I felt like it is worth to invest in to keep a condo. Let the agent do the Airbnb and return back to use for my own holiday.
We have no knowledge about investing in KK :-)
