Irish guy here. Conan's stylist (or himself?) absolutely nailed it from what you showed. It's less common for people to dress like that these days but every time I see it in public, it always looks great and makes me want to splash out on a nice tweed jacket. Traditional without looking like a cartoon!
The zig zag stitching are mostly seen in Lee rider's jacket, but in Lee's case the stitches are around the button hole not the button. The pocket shape is also different. There is also a (white?) tab on the edge of the left flap pocket. Been looking at a bunch of Type 3s after seeing your video but all to no avail
Glad I'm not the only lunatic tries to pause videos trace the brands celebs are wearing. Those military field jackets are very popular at the moment. Conan is so tall he can sort of wear anything. I've definitely seen similar denim with red stitching a bit lately I think it might have been True Religion in TJ Maxx although I'm sure he's got some more expensive raw selvidge variant. Naked & Famous do a bit of that kind of thing and their jackets look quite similar.

omg i love conan style! not only he's a funny and interesting guy, but his wardrobe also says a lot. although it's simple and basic, but it suits him. he has pretty tall figure, probably why he looks good in those 🤷🏻♀️
I highly recommend checking out “The Truman Show”. I personally loved the outfits Truman wore ! However it might be a lot harder to find where the pieces are from since it’s an older movie. Great video btw !
