I drove my Nexon XZ+ (petrol) for 480 KM on Hyd Bangalore Highway in ECO mode at speed 80-95 KMPH, using cruise and also manual. 55 KM of this is on state highway with so many speed breakers at each village. I got exactly 20KMPL average and its good. The vehicle is 8 months old and ran 9700KM sofar
I drove from lucknow to gurgaon through agra; yamuna and noida expressway. Drove my Nexon Petrol AMT at speed limit at max speed of 100kmph in economy mode. Drove around 300 km on cruise control mode at 90-100kmph. On mid the average was 19kmpl.
100 Kmph speed limit is OK for 90's cars; but modern cars with so many safety features can easily and safely cruise at 120 - 130 Kmph; I think govt should upgrade the speed limit restrictions to atleast 120 Kmph.
Why speed limit on Yamuna expressway ? in winter their are lot of accidents happend in this expressway due to speed and fog. In summer because it's cemented expressway so due to higher speed tyre burst problem is common in this expressway.
My nexon automatic gave a milage of 13.7 from mumbai to satara which is apprx 400ish kms, and my nexon have only done 7800kms after trip so yaah mileage is good for an automatic car with 5 people in it constant 140 kmph
Bhai, I'm a subscriber and I like your videos. Thats why I think I should tell you this. Speed limits are in place keeping in mind the "safe speed" on which 👻average people drive on a public way. When you are openly breaking the rules in your video and saying you slow down "only for the cameras", don't you think you are sending the wrong message for your viewers ? You have the right to complain (and I also agree) about the low speed limits, but in your video, you should have obeyed the limits as well. I hope you know that max speed is 95 allowed. as per law if you go with that why it allows vechile manufacturers to have vechiles desinged to go at speeds 180 or more ... rather than questioning individual we should ask government why one to run at 95 when you have highway capable of 200 plus .. why not allowed in protected highways

Speed Limit are set keeping the safety in mind of all vehicles. Maximum of 100-120 Kmph is considered as speed in which we can control the car and its mechanism. The reaction time increases once it crosses that. People should respect the speed limit keeping their own and others safety in mind. Its a very incorrect message you are providing that lower the speed when there is camera. Plus multiple cases of tire burst was because of overspeeding on the expressway.
