In a condensed form
Buy crepe paper of different colors
Cut it in small circles so that it gives a better finish
Take a carton or cardboard and draw a design of your style
Get fevicol or any paper adhesive and a paint brush opposite end to make each circle into a small flower by pushing in he centre of the circle.
Put the colors exactly in the design.
Let it dry and paper pookalam ready

I like this rangoli very much I have not tried but basic drawing can be visualied. Look at the final rangoli and make out the two squres properly then you can draw this rangoli perfectly
