I think when he was in WV, he picked a thing or 2 up from some of the white residents there. He's got that way of talking kinda too or that demeanor like he was around some Oh Brother where art thou stuff. Or look up Ernie Shell. Kind of a hustler who works on self improvement and advises people on it. Security officer type . I wouldn't be shocked if Joe was around someone like that.
