    Hey you did everything fantastic until you show the sponge... You shoud use a microfibre wash mitt or a wool hand mitt. For the rest u did a great cleaning!

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have a mitt for the car but for the bike I just chose to use the sponge usually

      Sheldon Saenz damn lOl I didn’t even catch that. If you’re curious fxr division, and speed Kings have the same style tail light with integrated turn signals just slightly different. I know for a long time they were sold out and moons was the only one with any in stock but it seems that that’s obviously not true now. Not sure if they are stocked in either of those but worth a shot to check it out if you need it now

    I’m always worried about my seat and try not to spray it. You think the water won’t hurt it?

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've never heard of a seat being ruined from water. at least not a quality one. theyre made from materials usually designed to handle weather. lots of people store their bikes outside too. I wouldn't worry about it man

    Is the power vision safe

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You mean safe to get wet and stuff or safe for the bike. It’s a yes to both. It’s made to be run on the bike 24/7 so it’s weather proof

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No problem! When in doubt you can always put a water proof air filter sock on it and cut to size and just zip tie the top or something too. Lots of options

    How good are the saddle men seats though? Comfortable on long rides?

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I love them. They grip good, you can still move slightly to adjust, good support & comfy. Theyre not designed for an 11 hour ride but they're very good. They take 1-1.5k miles to break in the gel padding too. Just something to keep in mind if you test sit on one thats new. I also think theyre the absolute best looking seat period

      Im 5.7 inch dont want to get further away from my steer( Fatboy lo)
      And not higher above the ground.
      How about that seat ?
      Greetings from Holland .

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey! For me on the low rider it placed me slightly forward and remained about the same height. But it was a minuscule difference. In my opinion the seat wouldn’t jive well with a fat boy though

      Thanks dude,
      Well I think also about le pera , dany Gray that follow the fatboy line some more.
      In Holland its difficult to find real dealers / shops wher you can see them all live and try if it fit the posture.
      Thanks anyway

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I understand man. It sucks not being able to see them in pain and stuff. Saddlemen makes some sweet stuff and I would highly recommend them in general. I just think this Seat wouldn’t match a fat boy at all. They make a lot of other styles too that may work good for you and their quality and customer service is great

      Do you put that spray on your exhaust? I used to when I had my all chrome Dyna, but I just got 2021 low rider s, and was curious if you use that spray on exhaust too. I see u don't on the black wrinkle parts, but exhaust? Also how u feel about mcquires products? That's what I've always used

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. I just dry the exhaust off. If it needs extra cleaning I use alcohol or windex. And I think those products are ok. I’m just a huge fan of Sonax because it’s cheap and lasts super long. It’s polymer based unlike anything else really

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So you think washing a bike with soap and water is going to make it rust?

    • @ravisoodi
      @ravisoodi 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, the excess water that your leaf blower can’t dry off will take care of that.

    • @RidinDad
      @RidinDad  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      So you never get caught in rain? And I said in the video if there’s any residual water on the bike I wipe it off with a micro fiber towel.
