This elevator is strange because you do not usually see Payne fixtures in the Southeast. It runs fins aside from the doors that slam every time they close. The COP setup is very unique, with a main Payne panel, an auxiliary panel (also Payne), and a PTL door control panel. It's very unique but it runs fine (aside from the doors of course).
