I use both Kyocera 2040 and brother l7065
I used compatible toner and drum unit for brother printer,I buying toner powder at cost of only rs80 for 80gms.there is no waste toner powder so it prints 1500pages for rs 80
In Kyocera I used branded toner rs 350 for 500grams ,I take print 8000prints of rs 350
What about paper cost
