Depends on region. Every region different ways of wrapping a bouquet. Especially from your country of origin, flowers are wrapped without much use of florist crepe papers. To wrap like the kind in the video, where the wrapping papers are artistically wrapped, tapes are used. In taiwan, ribbons are used instead of tapes as they are easily removable.
Different regions, different culture, different views of standards, different designs on different applications.
