- We recently made a trip to Cincinnati, Ohio to make a large deal with our friend. He told us this deal had tons of variety and he was right! There were cards ranging from football, baseball, and basketball, to Hockey and more. As well as cards ranging from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars. I absolutely love his under cover negotiation questions. “We’re you way early on J Rod?” Actually asking, “did you buy this super cheap way early and have tons of room”
But the kicker is the absolute honesty and integrity to tell him you didn’t need the lower 32.5k price and give him 35k 💪🏼

Big ups on the 35,000 price after he said he was fine with 32,500. That's how you keep relationships in any reselling industry.
Wow love this kind content awsome cards , honest people , keeping integrity and not low balling the guy. It's not always about trying to get low price to sell high. Somtimes building honest relationships is more omportant.

The purple pulsar was a fanatics exclusive - I had a non auto one bgs 9 (9.5,9.5,9,9) at one point, the print run estimated 75-100 when looking at forums and the amount graded, when I last looked a while back maybe 30 to 35 graded between all the companies, the auto I'd assume would be smaller pop

I am getting old. My only thing, not graded.
I wear new gloves when opening, esp shiny cards, put all rookies, #d, parallels into sleeves, top load_1 touch what needs it (with sleeve in front, so no damage) then they're put up immediately.
So, should grade some probably, like Mahomes rookies, etc...but I heat it's steep.
So, mine get treated extremely well and put up immediately. Never handled again.
Other than a few cards I gave my nephew years ago, I have every single card I've ever gotten from when I 1st started in the earlyid 90s, then life happened, then 17' on....
Haven't opened as much the last few years though. Unfortunate between $$$$ for boxes and EVERYTHING in life costing more and Unfortunate health ussues, makes the last few years waaaaay more difficult.
I actually still have some unopened boxes as well.
Need to narrow down, but computer illiterate, so curious the best way you think?
Maybe rent a table at a show, Sell to an LCS etc.. or find someone computer literate to do it on line. 😂

Damn, I was just looking at my pc that I display on card authentic autos. A nice framed piece of 24 GOATS 🐐 best of their sports. Another 150 guys in HOF on their way etc. And junk wax collection including nice psa 10 bgs 9.5s. Not sure there’s anyone who I will pass it on to

I hold lots of Burrow Cards as you say they lost the Championship game but burrow still go up I all in With Burrow American favorites Quarterback
@@TrongNguyen-dc8kq took a nose dive after he tore his acl and then went back up again and stayed there. He has that swagger everyone loves. Going back to afc championship shows that he’s back and the injury didn’t effect his career.
Unfortunately, Peraza is overshadowed by an even bigger SS prospect right behind him in the minors. Yanks are now looking at possibly using Peraza as a utility guy.

Ryan, I’m interested to know why you’re not a big baseball fan? I don’t say that as a personal shot, but it confirms my opinion that millennials and GenZ don’t like baseball the way GenX does like me. I worry that’s a big problem for Baseball in 15-20 years as you have a generation of sports fans who rank Baseball behind Football and Basketball.
Who would be your local team: Reds or Indians? Cause if it’s the Reds, I know their fanbase has dwindled since they last won the World Series in 1990. Being a small market and not being able to compete with big markets has lost a lot of baseball fans in the past 25 years. The Indians are alittle better as they atleast made the World Series in the past decade but they are still considered a mid market team that can’t get free agents like the Yankees and Dodgers.
Baseball is as slow as golf, not alot of action. Season is really long with not enough meaningful games. They seem to be trying to speed it up but they can only do so much.

Sometimes negotiation is not about getting the lowest number possible. Ryan knows he could have beat him down and got it for less but it’s an easy flip and might lead to other deals . Business is sometimes about building relationships not making max profit off everyone you encounter
translation - its an 80K collection but he nickel and dimed him down to 35K
