i find the ogryn boring. hes a one trick pony. or at least, he seems that way. ill have to play it myself to know for sure i guess.

@@viridisxiv766 Ogryn has close combat crowd control (wide sweeping, staggering attacks) as with the power maul, or using his slab shield to protect his team.. then he has quite a bit of variety with the ripper gun, or use a grenadier gauntlet, it's not bad.
Veteran Sharpshooter is actually the one trick pony, but this is the character I mainly play. Basically taking down high-priority threats with accurate fire, that's his only job, but an important job.

Not my proudest earlygame but once i got my lord commander equipped i was finally ready TO GET HIT BY ALL THOSE GOD DAMNED ROCKS.

Love the Ork players going toe to toe with the IG in a shooting fight and sticking to it when other builds would probably have been the better choice at times. Well played by all and great casting as always Indrid! :)
Damn! I gotta say, it looked pretty bleak for IG early game. But they pulled through! The massive stormtrooper and flashgitz infantry fights were awesome.
I think they won it by using a lot of infantry at first forcing the orks to specialize in anti personal and then bring out the armour vehicles late and the orks were too heavy invested in a ti personal.
Incredible players as always, they all were really fighting tooth and nail. Entertaining as hell, great casting.
19:25 The turret wasn't dropped in with half-health, the unit technically exists and is "being built" while it was being shot by tanks. It just isn't allowed to fire until the drop animation finishes. Frankly, they need to patch it so that it either couldn't be targeted or couldn't take damage until it officially "exists".

Nice infantry shooting contest. Orks started well but IG levelled the odds and won the game. Orks could use nob squads but then the game wouldn't be that fun!
Ork Team should not have lost that Battlewagon! I think losing it was a big blow to team morale!

There were a lot of plasma guns but I would have liked to see at least one or two Nob squads thrown in (literally, by the Weird boyz!) to cause trouble in the IG lines.

What graphics mods are you running Indrid?
I use a custom ReShade profile to boost anti-aliasing, sharpness, contrast and colour saturation among other things.

The Primaris Psyker could be a good shout for this game I think. He could really help a lot with Ork range blob, actually I think the Psyker need some love. He's an awsome unit but barely any people use it after the nerf

nades in this game are retreat incentive, you gotta be a nade tactician to land one that kills someone, these reminds me of the guardian insta kill with the cc nade.

I swear, every LG that doesn’t go Sniper in a faction war does a disservice to the team. Literally buffs the range of your own units and your teammates and would’ve went ham most of the game.
All weapon wargear buffs do not work on allies.
it can look as bleek as it can get for IG and they only have to build a BB every poor faction war for orks goes this way they have no answer because nobs are way to expensive and easy to kite and massing any type of there av makes them super easy to kill to infantry. Not sure why the elite mod developers continue to allow orks to be at such a dis adv vs IG, SM, and chaos they only have to build there big tank to win.
Man IG played so trash literally can't micro 3 units thats not a blob.
Not a single catachan smokescreen to be found, completly misses "old reliable" like 3 times. Someone had a real brainfart when they though a 10 hp HWS would survive 3 fully upgraded shootasquads.
Mekboy with electruc armor is completly anal for iG and can win the matchup alone but all I see is mekboy teleporting into 4 units completly alone and getting shot to pices repeatedly.
Oh my oponent is going dubble stormtrooper with melta and a inquisitor with melta, now is the time to build the trashwagon so that when it gets stunned I will pop out my boyz and create the biggest nuke target on the map.
The Imperial Guard looks much more powerful in terms of the quality of individual units. Probably should be weakened, which is likely to be done.
