    예전엔 무조건 고기 고기 였는데 요즘은 야채가 진짜 맛있는 음식이란걸 느끼는거 같아요 장마니까 요런거 하나 부쳐서 집에서 먹음 너무 좋을거 같아요 😊

    이유를 자세하게 설명해 주셔서
    귀에 쏙쏙 들어오네요
    찬물반죽=글루텐형성 낮춰서 바삭한식감

    야채튀김을 너무 좋아하지만 집에서 튀김류는 잘 안하게 되고 이렇게 부침게처럼 하면 진짜 튀김같은 맛이 날지 궁금해졌어요. 국자 노노 스푼으로 뜨는 것도 배우고 갑니다. :)
