Because of how attack speed is rounded, Crystal Bow and Magic Shortbow have the same attack speed, which just leaves Crystal bow with 21 more range strength and 31 more ranged attack for the same attack speed. The region also unlocks Blowpipe which I believe needs no explanation for why that's super desirable for range relic.
