Why is he comparing same courses a person would pursue at the age of 18 and the same person would do at 22. To enhance your employbility and considering the competition in almost every field a post graduate helps you not only gain extra experience but also showing the employer that I have high level of background of that relevant field. So if a person is going abroad at 18 he would most probably be going for a bachelor's degree and the person who's going at the age of 22 would be going for masters degree, the point is that the main concern for most of all is money which will be spent less if they consider going for Masters because of the duration of the course. And most employers see applicant's latest qualification so if I go abroad for masters, they would be more keen to see where I did my masters from.
The degree is the proof of the skill that means that a degree is proof that u have the skill that is required to the work and no one will give u a job if u can’t prove u have the skill required the degree is the simplest way of doing that if u can find a better way to prove it good for you

I personally disagree with a few points. A degree is very much important, as important as skills are. If you have a UG diploma and very good skills but there is a cap on how much you can earn in a company as you will never get higher positions just on base of skills because you don't have the educational qualifications at all!!
Can we learn good skills while living in abroad along with managing all of our expanses? I think if u do a degree from your home country, you have far more better skills than the one who do his degree from abroad and when a person who has done his degree from his home country go abroad and work there, he can earn more money than the one who done his degree from abroad because of less skills.
