@Givebackthescarf I mean it can't be that bad for me because people regularly under-guess my age.
My point is that the routine seems incredibly excessive, the human body was not designed to be regularly stripped of what it needs to have other junk thrown back on. I'm not stripping my face of its natural oils etc and never have, therefore I never interrupted its natural flow and do not create the issues these routines make and thus require to fix. 🤷‍♀️ I also have allergy prone skin and eczema on my hands exclusively so, just at a guess, if I attempted this sort of over the top nonsense it'd likely end in pain and blood.
If people want to do this, have the time/money and it makes them feel good, each to their own. But it isn't as good for the body as the hype implies. Especially if you don't make the issues in the first place. 🤷‍♀️

There are sososoosooo much affordable skincare under $25 each like neutrogena, medicube and cosrx it works like magic for me erpsonally. I use neutrogena’s oil free moisturiser and their hyaluronic acid gel cream and it’s so good. I use medicube’s cleanser toners and red (not spot treatment) serum and they are super good to use, and they can be found in shops
