Michael shouldn't of never said to the judge that he didn't care what happened to Claudia. He should of said he wasn't trying to kill her only trying to protect his mother and stop Claudia from taking his baby sister. If he said that, I bet he wouldn't of went to prison but because he said he didn't care what happened to Claudia it looked like he intended to kill her.
