Kuku reminds me so much of Tetsuwan Birdy (Birdy the Mighty) an older anime about an alien waifu. She looks great and I'm partial to all her ascensions so I had to go for her! Kuku is fgo taking powercreep to a whole nother level. Even without being able to black grail loop, she has some of the highest np damage in the game, both when having class advantage and on neutral. Arguably the best neutral looper. Highest total damage buff values on her own kit out of all servants. And 2 separate hard defense options, including a solemn defense due to a passive. Also a free mlb 2030 on her passives.
For me, she’s the closest to a must-roll that a dps servant can ever get. She’s not as game-changing as Oberon or Koyan for obvious reasons, but she’s still a further raise to the powerceiling of DPS servants. There’s a single situation where she wouldn’t be useful. An alter ego boss with buff removal. But that’s happened like 1-2x total in the entire history of the game, so she’s useful 99.99% of the time. (Not that she’s ideal in all other situations, but she’d still be very useful in almost all of them) Quite similar to melusine in a lot of ways, only she has an even better defensive class, even more survivability, and even better facecard damage due to the atk, buster, and crit buffs. As a tradeoff she has slightly less np damage not counting trait buffs, but the rest of her kit puts her above Melusine in my personal opinion.
She’s not perfect, and her def buffs are tied to other useful buffs forcing you to choose between the effects at times, which can be annoying at times. But that’s not really a demerit, it’s just having to strategize to make the most of a servant, which is true for ALL servants. Also her crit star cost gimmick isn’t really a demerit anymore on buster teams, since buster supports already flood the field with more stars than you could ever need, Kuku herself gets the 10 per turn, and she has the 30 on NP in case the np wasn’t stacked enough already.
I don’t like how much powercreep she has in her kit. At all. I think it’s a bad move on behalf of the devs. They raise the power ceiling constantly but are very slow to raise the foor and meaningfully buff old units. On the other hand I LOVE her third ascension. Coolest extra attack in the game, one of the coolest NPs in the game. And I love her personality. Definitely a must-roll for me when she comes around on NA, despite how much I complain about her powercreep.
I think that warning says that you need to finish LB7 to unlock Kukulkan and Tlaloc 3rd and final ascension arts and sprites (Tezca also applies this as well)

Been an NA player for a few years, and I have an unrelated question to the video:
You think they will ever buff Raikou to make her Vitch/Oberon compatible / make any other changes that will make her valid?
She received a buff right before Arjuna-Alter, but it wasn't much imo, and she's been receiving nothing since.
(In general, would love to see you talk about which servants you think are likely to get treatment from Lasengle, and which probably won't)

28:40 It's not exclusive to JP. Went through the same thing with NA - it let my first "test" purchase of 4 sq went through, and then I had to wait like a week before it accepted my payment again.
Watching u pull while i reroll did get me hyped but I'm still going on without getting her sadly
