About Thyme

Let Caryn, Thyme's Founder, introduce you to the story behind our village within a village, with the help of Camilla Hibbert, Head of Brand and Retail Development, and Charlie Hibbert, Thyme's Head Chef.
Thyme has always been a family business, starting as a collaborative project between Caryn and her father Michael Bertioli to restore the old working farm buildings.
It is still a family owned and run today, and lives and breathes the founding ethos of slowing down and reconnecting to nature.
