He not only shows great difference in glycogen depletion, water reduction and body fat percentage, but muscle mass and striations. It’s as telling as showing up with gyno. There isn’t even a gradual gaining of core muscle mass that gets exposed by varying degrees of fitness and cutting, which could be more legitimately explained.

Yan is the best 135er right now I believe he was playing with his food against Sterling. He was doing that thing where he covers up and let’s you punch yourself out then melts u in the fourth and fifth lol. Only problem he was waiting too long still winning but threw a stupid illegal knee. No question he gets the belt back. If he pushed forward a one twos simply he destroys. Smashed Aldo like that and everytime he did it to Sterling was killing him. He likes the war he likes melting you late but it back fired because his own mistake which is why you don’t play with your food! That being said surprisingly I think Dom would be the worst match up for him because of his movement and he never punches himself out. He didn’t look great his last fight. To be fair the left hand Cejudo landed the 9th punch after the knee, just before the ref jumped in did KO Cruz for a millisecond Cruz's head hit the canvas and he kind of flopped but he soon snapped back. Cejudo won though he looked better all round in this fight in my opinion
