I dont understand why people say they need a map for this game; I have no experience with games that supply a map to any degree; I got through this game easily just enjoying the quest; no map was necessary; you just read the shining plates or talk to the crow ; he will tell you where to head; you dont need a map for that!
Deaths door is an awesome gem of a game. I'm at the grandma boss and decided to explore more. Found the stranded sailor and saw that great sword. How do I get the hookshot and bomb? Point form instructions would be be great. Do I have to beat the grandma to get the hookshot and bomb?
There’s a lever before you jump down. It opens the gate plus pulls the ladder down. I found out the hard way after jumping down trying to get the hammer. Only to realise I missed the lever. Had to backtrack all the way to the beginning and re-enter the dungeon

The secrets in this game are brutal, had no clue where to bomb for that greatsword

Yes
If you get further in the game and complete more of the door puzzles then yes, you will get the hook shot and bomb.

This game could do with a map, backtracking is brutal
did not unlock for me
@@LittleCatsGaming the achievement... restarting the game fixed it... took about 10min to pop
