Yes I'm having fun especially with the agogo and the clacking! I liked the way the triangle sound disguised itself with your bell playing. Some foot jingles would be good on the beat too

When playing a single cowbell, mine is longer and more narrow. I hold it at the open end, similar style as you, and play open end and body while moving the cowbell in and out to the stick. But I'm a kit drummer who enjoys all the percussion toys, so my technique is anything but standard/traditional.

Come to think about it, the only American song in which I remember hearing cow-bell, and it’s muted, is “don’g fear the repear’ Are there any other songs in American music that used the cow bell?

Honky Tonk Women, Low Rider. And there is no cow bell in Don’t Fear the Reaper.

rhythms and patterns give me anxiety. trying to listen to metronome, counting and when seeing how much is happening on bell i get lost... practice practice practice -

It is important to listen to your metronome inside; just used a metronome outside to guide you.

Bruce Dickinson: Easy, guys.. I put my pants on just like the rest of you -- one leg at a time. Except, once my pants are on, I make gold records......Bruce Dickinson: I gotta have more cowbell, baby! .......Bruce Dickinson: Guess what? I got a fever! And the only prescription.. is more cowbell! ........Bruce Dickinson: Babies.. before we're done here.. y'all be wearing gold-plated diapers.
