      True. Yung mga guest namin sa resort kahit anong kalat nila,hindi naman sinasabi sa ibang tao kasi kasiraan ng business yun. Pag bumabalik sila ulit sinasabi namin yung mga dont's. kasi yung mga guest mo sila din mag rereffer sa mga kakilala nila.

    regardless kung subscriber yun or hindi, dapat di ka nagmemention ng ganyan kasi part ng business mo yan. kung sa tingin mong "balahura" sila, dapat pinicturan mo ang kalat nila then you send it to them to explain or else charge them upon the consummation of the contract. ang problema kulang ka sa taong knowledgeable sa business. it all takes baby steps , kung gusto mong maging bread and butter mo ang resort mo, you need more formal structure. hindi yung bara bara lang.

      I agree, subscriber mo man yan sa PEG o hindi, hindi mo dapat pinapublic 'yan. Kilala mo naman kung sino yang customer mo then contact that customer and discuss it in private. Hindi na 'yan nakatutuwa.

      Correct po,ganun sa mga accomodation, i work in 5 star hotel as a housekeeping noon we take a photo and send to our boss at ang boss na namin ang mag send it to the guest kasi extra hours un na lilinisan namin and extra cost sa budget yon, per room have a time frame to clean kapag maruming marumi extra cost un kaya un nag check-in na guest e charge un sa kanila otherwise lugi ang negusyo walang kita, kaya nga mag deposit upon check-in ang kapag nag check-out sila may nag che check sa rooms kung mah nasira ba or maruming marumi, kung ganun ung deposit hindi un nila makukuha

    Ayan buti napag isip isip ka. Nag staycation yan kasi gusto mag relax gusto mo pang gawin taga linis. Kahit sa hotel kasama ang housekeeping fees sa bayad. Sa Highland Bali ang ganda2 mas mura pa kesa sa charge mo may libre din na pool ang ganda pa ng view. Normal lang may naiwan minsan na kalat sa mga resort.

      Korek, meron kami Airbnb, hindi maiwasan ang kalat ni customer, minsan meron talaga sobrang balahura, nagsira pa ng gamit, ginawa namin, ni report namin sa Airbnb para sila mismo mag sanction pero binayaran nila lahat ng damage. Nag feedback lang kami tungkol sa customer na iyon at bahala na sila sa review.
      Tama, parang walang may alam sa business na iyan sa kanila. Yun nga pagkain nung first guest nila niluto din kay tiya Mame at nilagay sa takeaway plastic container lang. Sorry, pero very poor customer service yun.
