I always tell the players and the team bosses that they are the musicians, I am the conductor and I decide how we play.

It was awful reffing. Should have been 3 yellows, he's negatively impacted the game as if any of them committed a further foul they should be off...instead they all got an extra life which could backfire.

There was a fight on the pitch. He didn’t even have to give them a verbal warning if he didn’t want to. He could’ve just sent off each of them one by one without a word uttered.

While I agree he could move up, I'd prefer he didn't. Having ref's like this at the lower levels is fundamentally great for the sport as a whole. Just give the man a pay rise!
