I very much enjoyed this review. Purely informaly, you've managed to cover all aspects that a buyer is looking after when purchasing a product! Good job!
I like how the white one gives retro vibes but would personally use the black one to match all my existing tech. Will look into this so I can top using my iPhone as my webcam lol.
Amazing Camera and Audio quality IMO. The Design of the Webcam is also great! I love the low hassle and ease of usage. :) I personally use my iPhone Continuity Camera. I have the 12 Pro an it loos amazing. It's even better when you have a newer iPhone.
I'm a professional audio engineer and the MacBook M2 microphone sounds the best. I like the video quality, it's better than the Brio and 360. Overall, I'd said it's a tie between the Opal and the M2 when it comes to sharpness, quality, tones, and audio. The 360 and Brio look dull and dark to in comparison.
The usual LUT is applied to all clips but there's no extra colorgrade, other than the software improvements. Definitely recommend playing with the app settings upfront though!

I thinnnnk Opal's coming out with a Windows-specific app soon 🤞
Same. They are losing a lot of business here as I was sold on this webcam.
I almost bought it, but guess what? I use window 😅

Really impressed with the video quality and bokeh of Opal C1!😮 Also, I prefer the white one too.
1:32 - for a moment I thought this was a cut back to your main camera...the image quality is definitely up there wow

Well shot video and 60fps is a bonus!

Never heard of this webcam before until now, it seems incredible. If you don't mind me asking is there post processing on the C1 webcam clips?

The black one looks so much better honestly. The white one looks like a toy and one at match most electronics colors it will be attached to.
But its look like 60fps
The first thing you should say is that it only works with Apple computers. As most people use Windows.
and it only works with Macs.
Used the word 'dollars' without mentioning that it's USD and you're an australian - 'Booo!!'
Our main audience is based in the US (like over 60%) so makes more sense to speak in US dollars
