FYI: Flush-able wipes are NOT really flush-able. They will clog the plumbing at a home. I know from experience. My plumbing backed up and after examining the problem, the plumber told me it was because of the wipes. The packages say they are flush-able and they will go down, BUT they will eventually clog the plumbing. I would ask the room steward it they are safe to flush on the ship.

Always ask your room Stewart to give you extra shower caps even if you don’t use them throw them in your luggage they are a great item to add for packing your shoes for your next trip!

Always at the dollar tree buy a box of small baggies and a box of large baggies they’re always good to throw in your suitcase or your bag pack for incidental things that need to be sealed up ..especially a cookie or two when you’re going on an excursion! also bring along a small little pump bottle of liquid soap for the bathroom I don’t like the little bars of soap …when we leave on the last day to come home I always ask the room Seward if he would like to keep it because I hate to pack it in my suitcase.
Instead of "flushable" wipes, which AREN'T...bring a small spray bottle of Witch Hazel, spray it on the T.P. and flush that. Love the glow-in-the-dark hand !
I use a small squirt of lotion on the TP. I even keep a tiny bottle (like the kind they give you at hotels) in my purse on a regular basis. The IS flushable.
Just watched again. Love this. You both look the same 6 years later. Inflation has hit, but still good items to get. Wish we could use flushable wipes on the ship now. Or the wipes to wipe the slot machines. Wooop. Love the binder clip and I have a couple of those Good for hats too. lol. Ya those towels would cover your knees. Jenny wins. Hands down! Fun!

Love it and great ideas!!! I always bring zip lock bags - - - - at the end - wet stuff in them to get off the ship all sizes - they are great... This is a great idea - I think I'll get my husband to go to Dollar Tree with me and see what he picks.

I am watching this 4 years after it was originally posted, and it was hysterical! It was pre Covid and I was amazed at the sanitizer, etc. that you bought back then - smart people. A pregnancy test???? Too funny!
I got a mini magnetic dry erase message board for the wall in the room. Then some small fridge magnet frames to hold papers and frame pictures if we get one or two. Some great "Rainbow" lanyards to keep our room cards on. I picked up some baseball cap brim LED flashlights if the lights somehow go out. I also get some toiletries as well but I don't need the nightlight like you got. I too LOVE an inside cabin to get a midday nap. At night though, I leave the Bow Cam Station on, on the tv. The led glow of black on the tv lets me sleep but gives me enough light to see my way to the loo. In the morning as the sun comes up, the room slowly lights up. (DON'T do this on an Alaska or Baltic cruise in the summer though LOL)
Been on 45 cruises and the beds have changed over the years to hard boards! I now take a foam topper (has to be new, still in package). Yea it might cost 75.00 but in the grand scheme of the cost of a cruise it’s WELL WORTH it for us to have 7 nights (or more) of restful sleep. I leave it when we disembark. I just put a tag on the outside wrapper and it goes with our luggage. It has ALWAYS made it to our room. We tip baggage handlers well. Never had an issue.

Watching for the second time in the past year. You did so long ago. Loving this. I am a $ tree shopper. I have had the pop up laundry bag and have used several cruises in the past few years. Got the wipes, didn’t use, afraid of clogging. Lol. Sanitizer good. Got. Got the sanitizing wipes and Clorox ones too. Love the huge magnets. Got those and used on my last cruise used them to hold balcony curtain closed for no daylight to come through. Clipped on curtain and magnet to wall. Worked great. Yes the cough drops are in my cruise hanging pockets. Omg . Towels, Hope it covered what needs be!!!! Good Jenny Idea. Definitely got the $ tums. Got their ointment too. Omg. Didn’t get a pregnancy test. Lol. Cute hat. I love this. Got a lot of what you got there. I have so much now. My “what I have now” comment would be too dumb since this is two years old. But I have 2 Pre packed hanging pockets, a total of 12 pockets. So nice to put all that stuff in. I still after 16 cruises find things to add to my list and things I take off my list. Another travel hack is that I save my plastic soap dispenser bottles at my home, wash them out, and recycle them for the cruise. I the refill them aloe vera, hand sanitizer etc. The beauty of it is that at the end of the cruise you just leave them there on the ship. It means that at the end of the cruise you return home with much less "stuff".

Warm water and soap are better than the antibacterial stuff, but still good to have. It just does not work on c diff. You guys are funny and nice. Hydrocortisone crème for burns and itch. there is Dramamine too, so I have heard, I bring Canadian gravol. Advil, Tylenol, shower caps for shoes or for hair treatment, sunglasses, reading glasses, books, headphones, highlighter, water bottles (got 2 at our dollar store for water and whatever....lol) bandaids, small container of detergent, lightweight hair brush, hair ties, clips, toothpaste, shampoo conditioner, foamy, razors, (I use intuition style not found in dollar stores, they are great for showers). Floss, battery tea lights. We leave NB, January 25 for maine and fly out 26th and 27th is our first cruise of this vacay, second one is feb 3 ….3weeks in Florida, so excited. I try to pack as light as possible but have everything I need so I am not paying 5 bucks for a bandaid. Great video.
I did love your hat! Good idea to bring triple atb ointment. I also over pack - bandaids, cold meds, anti-diarrhea, shower caps, small bottles to fill with my shampoo/conditioner, small hand cream, bottle of poo spray for your toilet so your poo smells good, (yes our dollar tree has this), tylenol, small packs of tissues, lanyard for cabin key card, note pads, hard candies, something to decorate your door to find it easier. Battery-powered candles, book light - oh the list goes on......plus most of what you got as well.

A dry erase board to let leave notes for roommates to know where to look for you. This came in handy for us! Dollar Tree sells them with the marker.

I did love your hat! Good idea to bring triple atb ointment. I also over pack - bandaids, cold meds, anti-diarrhea, shower caps, small bottles to fill with my shampoo/conditioner, small hand cream, bottle of poo spray for your toilet so your poo smells good, (yes our dollar tree has this), tylenol, small packs of tissues, lanyard for cabin key card, note pads, hard candies, something to decorate your door to find it easier. Battery-powered candles, book light - oh the list goes on......plus most of what you got as well.

I thought that’s not how that works and then Jenny says “Do you know how pregnancy works?” Obviously not. Lol! I added a couple of these to my pile of stuff to pack. Thanks for sharing!
