The Best Smelling Fudge Brownies ever!!

Got this recipe from our local bakery. These are some of the best brownies I ever tasted.
Ingredients :
Unsalted Butter - 150g , (2tbsp less on a 3/4 cup - refer video)
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Eggs -3
Granulated White sugar - 1 and 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa powder - 3/4 cup
Preheat oven - 350F
Bake for 25 - 26 minutes.
