Love Flamingos golf courses, super chill with friendly staff. Property is beautiful with little development around course, feels like you are in the jungle, but just minutes from Nuevo and Bucerias. Played in December and will be there next week, can't wait.
Thank you! The greens while they looked great, we’re actually a bit slower than I usually play on, had to give them a thump. But yes, overall a really good track if you’re there!
I’m planning a PV golf trip and glad I found your recent video on Flamingos. Other videos of this course are older & don’t show the course well. How much was the green fee? Did you play other courses in the area?
David, thanks for watching! In total I paid $185 US w/ the clubs, the green fee was around $110. Course in pretty good condition, greens above average, service impeccable! I didn’t get to play elsewhere out of respect for my wife, but the Canadian expat I played with said Vista Vallarta was a good play, 2X18’s there. Believe they were hosting a pro-am there, and at Marina Vallarta, which is in town but didn’t look great when we passed it going into downtown.
Awesome, hope you enjoy! Course wise, it’s really right in front of you, no tricked up or gimmicky holes. The bunkers were pretty thin, not a lot of sand underneath the ball. They are heavy on the hospitality, so bring some cash to tip. There’s a cool little cabana bar/restaurant outside the clubhouse to enjoy after the round. Stay hydrated, it’s humid as all get out.
What travel location are you planning to visit specifically for the golf?
Would love to visit Dubai for the night golf!
I'm hoping to play in Dubai next year.
You nailed it. The course was awesome. I really enjoyed myself.
Sweet, glad you enjoyed!

The overall experience makes the course rate higher, no doubt. The people and atmosphere are 10 out of 10.
Fantastic video. Can't believe that place is so Nice and beautiful ..looks like greens were a bit to fast and amazing fairways .

Are caddies mandatory at the course to play?
Offered, but not mandatory.
