Thank you for your comment. Yeah I order my kratom from lifeforce actually it's the only place that I can get kratom because herbal salvation screwed up and I can't order from them because they are processing payments in another country so my credit card provider thinks that they are fraud lmao!

I'm sorry it's been so long since I replied. I actually do meditate usually when I'm going to sleep I like to meditate if I'm really anxious. Also do try to write in my journal every blue moon that seems to help with life haha. Thanks for commenting, hope that you have a good day.
