On the reverse drum of the transmission, do the plates slide up and down freely? I'm rebuilding mine and the steel plates kind of catch the wall of the transmission. I have to force them down.
Quick question, is the parking rod that has little spring on it suppose to wobble at the end? Is this normal? Second, my transmission issue was that it would move forward in all gears including park and neutral. It’s torn apart now, what areas could be the culprit? One thing jumped out is that the spray has some putter tabs missing. The part that you utilized wires to pull it up and out if the tranny Thanks
