"Peperomia Obtusifolia/ Baby Rubber Plant; care and propagation". Peperomia obtusifolia or Baby rubber plant is a very nice indoor ornamental houseplant. Due to its special features, it is highly suitable for growing indoor. Smaller size, attractive foliage, shallow root system, slow growing habit, shade loving nature, non-toxic and low maintenance makes it so special. Peperomia obtusifolia is one of the 1500 species of Peperomia genus of plants. The plant has gained the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.

This is very beautiful plant. I hav tried growing peperomia ... though a different variety however it did not survive the winter of Delhi. Very detailed info abt this plant . Will try to get one again after this corona scare goes away. Loved the vdo. Thank u so much.

That is another variation of peperomia. Green one can't be converted to variegated types.

What is vermiculite?you told about in the video of petunia.is it manure like vermicompost.will use for all plants.i saw the video today.what a beauty.this season you didn't grow petunias.i love that plant.but unluckily it won't grow in my garden.pleade reply.Happy Gardening

Vermiculite is made of volcanic rock that absorbs water and nutrients supplied externally. It is not a manure like vermicompost.

Most of the flowering plants require a soil which is slightly acidic in nature. The ph should lie between 5.5 to 6.8

My this plant is indoor and as I stay in cold country I started giving them a grow light because in harsh winters we don't get sun here....since 15 days my peperomia rubber plant is wilting and shedding it's leaves...whenever I try to groom it..it shades lots of leaves..what should I do? I simply love this plant and don't want to die over me.....pls advice
This plant loves heat and humidity. During cold, the plant should be kept dormant by not applying fertilizer and very less water. Any activity performed for enhancing the growth may kill the plant. Just keep humidity and normal room temperature around the plant.

There might be root rot due to overwatering. Spray fungicide and water only when the soil dries completely.

That is a kind of fungal infection usually caused by over watering. Apply fungicide after removing the infected part.

Mere paas iske dono plants the, green aur varigated. Lekin iske leaves me zara sa pani touch ho jane se hi stem rot aur phir root rot hokar dono plants mar gaye. Maine Google me search karke dekha tha, iss disease ko Myrothecium roridum kahte hain. Maine iske leaves ko clean karne ke liye wet cloth use kiya tha. Ekdum healthy plant ek din me mar gaya. 😭😰
