Thanks for the design insights. The last drawing of ms box style is not practical at all. The tread of indian stairs is generally 10 inches or 10.5 inches. the dimensions that you have given will not fit for sure. You have mentioned 11 inches as space in between vertical members and there are pipes alse. For this design to be practical, you need a tread of approx 15 inches.

I just have one question for low budget homes while installing plank tiles we should use the spacers or we can align tiles with paper joints, or if you suggest spacers then what should we use to fill those spaces for the exterior elevation.
